  1.  Breathe, no really breath.  In as full as you can take it, breathing through your nose. Let it out slowly through your mouth while touching your tongue to the roof of your mouth.  FEEL each breath. Sit up or stand straight. Focus on every part of you that is involved with breathing.  Repeat 18x’s am/pm  Raises chi.
